I'll walk your property, and mark EVERY tree that should be harvested to meet your goals. You'll get a detailed breakdown of every tree marked for harvest.
You can walk the woods and make sure you are in the loop and know what is being harvested.

I Get 5-10 Bids from Reputable Loggers
Marking every tree makes it easy to get competitive bids from reputable loggers. Your timber bids will be apples to apples and help you get what you deserve.
Plus - when loggers know that you are receiving multiple bids, they will submit their top offer, knowing a low-ball offer has no chance.
Once a bid has been accepted, I review the contract to make sure it has the provisions you need to protect YOU and YOUR LAND.
I get paid my consulting fee on the timber sale, and because our interests are aligned, you know that i'll be working my hardest to make sure you get what your timber is worth.
Through the entire process, I'll check up on the crew to make sure not more trees are being taken than agreed.
